Yes. You may use financial aid proceeds to pay for off campus housing. Typically, financial aid proceeds are dispersed directly to the student who in turn can then use those proceeds to pay for housing. For your convenience, Advantage Point offers payment plans to match when your financial aid is dispersed. Contact the office today for more details.

Based on our limited availability and high demand, it is a good idea to contact us as soon as possible. To start the process, you’ll need to apply online and sign your lease agreement. All applications and leases are reviewed in the order they are received.
A background check is run on the applicant and a credit check will be performed on the guarantor.
We offer both private bedroom options. You will be assigned to an applicable space based on the preferences you provided during your leasing process.
You are not required to have roommates in order to sign a lease. If you do not request a roommate, management will complete the assignment process based on information you provided. However, you are able to provide roommate requests and management will attempt to place you with your requested roommate.
All of our bedrooms are private single occupancy accommodations.
The units may be occupied co-ed if you select your own roommates and fill each bedroom accommodation in the apartment. Should you apply individually, we will place you with residents of the same gender.
Yes, you are permitted to have guests stay overnight. See your lease and community guidelines for the guest policies.

Our pricing includes a fully furnished apartment, cable TV package at the common area, high-speed internet service, WIFI through-out, key fob protected bedroom doors, and utilities. Additionally, your monthly installment includes use of 24-hour fitness center, coffee lounge with Starbucks coffee machine, free parking, package locker system, and other common amenities.
The living room includes a sofa, love seat, coffee table, end tables, and a flat screen TV. Inside of the kitchen, in addition to the appliances, we include a dining room table and chairs. For your bedroom, we include a full-size bed frame and mattress, dresser-like drawers, night stand, as well as a desk and chair.

Advantage Point is the only off-campus housing community with a pedestrian trail that connects to campus. Once on campus, students may use the on-campus shuttle to travel the campus.
While typical move-ins occur in mid to late August, we are able to provide immediate move-ins as well! Whether you are looking to move in now or at a later time, contact our office and our leasing staff will be able to assist you.
No, units are open for your use during your entire lease period.
At this time, there is no fee for parking.
Painting is not permitted. When decorating, please note that at the end of the lease, you are responsible for any holes or marks on the wall.
We provide a full bed frame and full mattress. Examples of items that you may choose to bring include a mattress pad, sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows and bed spread. Every unit will include mini-blinds on each window and you may add window treatments if you desire, but the blinds must stay in place.
Advantage Point offers residents the ability to release their apartment to a replacement resident. The current resident is responsible for locating a replacement and paying a replacement fee. For more details regarding our policy and fees due, please contact our management office.
While Advantage Point does not require proof of resident insurance, we highly recommend all residents obtain renter's insurance to cover all property and personal belongings.
Yes! Advantage Point has full time Community Assistants (CAs) who work and live on site. Our CAs plan and host events offered to all residents. Our programs include social events, physical fitness programs, personal awareness, outside the classroom assistance, and much more! Keep an eye on our Event page for more information.
Yes. The property’s policy is included here for family occupants with a child(ren) under the age of eighteen (18) who is domiciled with (i) at least one parent, legal guardian, or another person having legal custody of the child under the age of eighteen, or (ii) the designee of such parent or other person having such custody, with written permission of such parent or other person. For family households with children, all household members age eighteen (18) or older must: (A) complete an application, and (B) sign the lease as a Resident. For family households with children under the age of eighteen (18), at least two (2) people will be permitted to occupy a single bedroom. If a family household with children under the age of eighteen (18) requires additional occupancy per bedroom, additional occupants may be allowed on a case-by-case basis based on factors including, but not limited to, the size of the bedroom(s) and unit, age of the children, configuration of the unit, any physical limitations of the property, and local occupancy codes. If the child occupant reaches eighteen (18) years of age during the term of the lease, the lease will be allowed to complete its term, but renewal will only be offered in compliance with the occupancy policy as stated. Child occupants who are under twenty-four (24) months at the time the lease is signed will not be counted under the occupancy policy for purposes of maximum occupancy but will be counted for subsequent leases if they reach the age of twenty-four (24) months during the term of the lease. The Landlord has the right to lease any empty bedroom(s). Families should contact the office directly regarding the application for family households, as this process varies from individual leasing and the required forms are not all available electronically.
